In addition to standard Family Law services—Attorney Chris Phillippe provides Collaborative Law services and Mediation when it is feasible to do so.

Collaborative Law enables a husband and wife who are seeking an amicable divorce to retain one attorney to represent both parties and handle the details of the divorce. This significantly reduces the emotional and financial cost of a divorce. If a resolution of all issues cannot be reached, each party must hire their own attorney and Attorney Phillippe cannot represent either party.

Certified as a Family Law Mediator, Attorney Chris Phillippe has completed an additional 20 hours of specialized training beyond the standard 40 hours of training required for mediation certification.
